These Terms govern your use of Rave (“Rave”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you’re using Rave on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
1. What Rave is
Rave lets you collect short videos from people via a link, review them, and compile them into a shareable video reel. You’re responsible for how you use the videos you collect.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for your account, your password, and all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid plans may include a free trial; if you don’t cancel before the trial ends, you’ll be charged for the plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Your content & the videos you collect
You retain ownership of the content and videos in your account. You grant Rave a limited license to host, store, process, transcode, and compile that content solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for consent. Before collecting, publishing, or sharing anyone’s video, you must have that person’s permission — and, where a contributor is a minor, the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents for every video you collect and publish, and that doing so doesn’t violate anyone’s privacy or other rights.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use Rave to collect or share content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or recorded without the subject’s knowledge and consent. Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Third-party services
Rave runs on third-party providers (including hosting, storage, video rendering, email, and payments). Your use of Rave is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable. We’re not responsible for third-party services we don’t control.
7. Intellectual property
Rave and its software, design, and branding are owned by us. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or platform beyond using the service as intended.
8. Disclaimers
Rave is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compiled videos will meet every expectation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rave won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can stop using Rave and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Some provisions (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country]. Questions? Email
